Wearable Fitness Tracker®
The OxyStrap® is one of the most accurate, stylish, and comfortable wearable fitness trackers in the market. Developed by a team of physicians, athletes and engineers, this wearable fitness tracker uses microsensors to detect changes in body temperature, altitude, and oxygen saturation levels. In fact, it is the only wearable fitness tracker that can provide accurate metrics on blood oxygen saturation by measuring the blood-rich surfaces of the forehead. The OxyStrap® is used by athletes, hikers, pilots, and firefighters to measure:
- Pulse rate
- Blood oxygen saturation
- Body temperature
- Caloric burn
- Distance travelled
- Speed
- Altitude
- Steps

The Importance of O2 Saturation
As an athlete and a surgeon specializing in Bariatrics, Dr. Ron Gerstch was frustrated by standard fitness trackers that could not provide accurate body vital signals and audio alerts. Since reduced blood oxygen saturation can prevent the tissues of your body from meeting optimal performance rates, Dr. Gerstch knew this was a key metric to measure with a wearable fitness tracker. Normal oxygen saturation levels range from 95-100%. When your levels are within the normal range, your muscles can store a small amount of oxygen. If blood oxygen saturation levels fall too low, the individual can experience fatigue or impaired function. When you start exercising, respiration increases, reducing oxygen saturation by 2-3%. In typical exercise routines, O2 levels should stay over 92%. The OxyStrap® ensures that you can quickly and easily check your O2 levels, helping you prevent overexertion. Always check with your doctor to determine what exercises are healthiest for your body.
Accuracy & Reliability
When designing this device, our team of doctors and engineers placed a focus on accuracy and reliability. Unlike other wearable fitness trackers, the OxyStrap® is worn across the forehead. Tiny sensors embedded in the strap record temperature and other data from this blood-rich surface, while advanced signalling technology quickly sends measurements to your app, enabling audio alerts. This unique design allows for an accuracy similar to medical devices. The OxyStrap® maintains a 6-hour battery life, and can be fully-charged within 90 minutes. The tracker comes with a 1-year warranty.
Sync Your Wearable Fitness Tracker with your Mobile Device
The latest wearable fitness trackers are designed to pair with IOS and Android technology, as well as provide real-time audio alerts. By syncing your wearable fitness tracker with your mobile device, you can track your performance over time, set new goals, and keep a log of your body’s vital signs. The OxyStrap® fitness tracker uses Bluetooth 4.0 technology, which is safe around the human body. Check out Our App, or head to Google Play or the IOS App Store to download to your device.
The Benefits of a Wearable Fitness Tracker
When Dr. Gerstch conceptualized the OxyStrap®, he had accuracy and efficiency in mind. As a Bariatric and fitness specialist, he knew that the right wearable fitness tracker would provide real time measurements on heart rate, body temperature, distance, steps, altitude, and oxygen saturation. Immediate access to this data keeps users informed on what works best for their body. Easy access to fitness data is key to optimizing every workout. Our users experience benefits including:
- More effectiveness workouts
- Increased safety, especially in outdoor or extreme conditions
- Better understanding of your body’s limits and caloric burn
- Simplified tracking of fitness goals
- Easy to understand metrics to support weight loss
- Transparent data that is easy to share with trainers or doctors
- Advantages when preparing for competitions, races, and marathons
- Increased confidence through measurable improvements in performance
